SlotJoint Casino Review

SlotJoint is a Curacao-licensed casino that first launched back in 2015. This popular no-download casino offers a plethora of games from well-known software providers like NetEnt and Play’n Go, and they’re famed for their main welcome bonus offer which is, I found, incredibly generous.

Our Rating: 4 out of 5 stars (4 / 5)

Fast cashouts, regular bonuses and responsive customer support are just some of the reasons why I’d recommend anyone to play here – and in this SlotJoint casino review, I’m going to be giving you an in-depth look at what the site has to offer.

Key Features

One of the things I liked most about SlotJoint was their live dealer casino. It’s powered by a software company called Ezugi, and I found the games were really easy-to-play and responsive. I also liked the fact that they have relatively small betting limits for live dealer games, which allows lower-staking players to get in on the action too.

I also really like how upfront and honest the company is. For example, at the bottom of their site they have a ‘Trust” tab. Here, they give you a direct link to their online gambling license, along with information about how you can contact the casino should you have any complaints or problems.

I should also point out that you don’t need to download or install any software in order to begin playing at SlotJoint. Their games run entirely using HTML5 technology, allowing you to play directly from your computer or your mobile internet browser.

SlotJoint Website / App Design & Ease Of Use

SlotJoint app screenshotSlotJoint’s website is well-made, easy-to-navigate and pretty smooth. When I was writing this review I spent quite a lot of time working my way around, making sure things worked as they should – and I wasn’t let down.

It’s not the most modern-looking site in the world, but all in all they do a decent job, and I particularly liked that they have two navigation menus.

The first, (on the left-hand-side of the screen on desktop, or the drop down on mobile) allows you to access some different information parts of the site, while the top-most navigation menu is where you’ll be able to work your way around the games on offer and sort or categorize them.

SlotJoint also offers a fully mobile-optimized casino. It’s not a downloadable casino app – but to be honest, I found that it offers all the same benefits, and as an added perk you don’t need to download or install anything to your mobile device. Simply head to SlotJoint’s site from your mobile device, and you’ll be able to get started in a matter of minutes!

Like their selection of payment methods, SlotJoint offers a comprehensive range of software providers too. You’ll find Microgaming, NYX Interactive, NetEnt, Betsoft, Play’n Go, Elk Studios, GGL, NextGen Gaming, Amaya, GameArt, Ezugi and Endorphina available and this gives you incredible coverage – you’ll find everything from video slots to casino table games and more.

One thing I really like about SlotJoint is that their games menu allows you to sort through all of the games. With hundreds of titles to choose from, it can get a bit hectic trying to look through them all manually.

Choice of Games

slotsOffering all the latest games, SlotJoint really does spoil you for choice. When I was putting this review together I saw that their “recommended” tab showcases many of the industries latest offerings, including the likes of The Sword and the Holy Grail, Firefly Frenzy and Inferno Joker. Video slots are covered well – there’s hundreds of slot games for you to choose from.

There’s also a massive selection of casino table games on offer as well, and Blackjack and Roulette even have their own categories. You’ll find these displayed on the left-hand-side of the screen.

They’ve even recently decided to add some video poker titles to their site. This has proved to be a popular decision, I hear, and allows you to play everything from Jacks or Better to Deuces Wild!

Banking – Deposit/Withdrawal Options

Deposits & WithdrawalsI honestly think you’d struggle to find an online casino with more payment methods than SlotJoint offers. They cover all the bases, from debit and credit cards to EWallets. Their current payment methods include: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, entropay, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz, Instadebit, Citadel, POLi, abaqoos, AstroPay, Swedbank, unet, eKonto, ePay, eps, Fast Bank Transfer, giropay, Hal Cash, L’banet, Multibanco, Qiwi, Sofort, Ticket Surf, todito Cash and TrustPay – and that’s just the ones I could fit into this paragraph!

All payment methods at SlotJoint are completely free to use – the casino don’t charge any fees or commissions. They are also all instant – meaning you don’t need to wait for your deposits to be credited to your account. I also noticed that the minimum deposit (across all payment methods) is $20. This is a bit high, and may exclude some ultra low-staking players, but all in all it’s not too bad.

When it comes to withdrawals, SlotJoint offers four options; Wire Transfer, Skrill, ecoPayz and Neteller. All are instant, bar Wire Transfer which takes between 3-8 working days. Again, the minimum withdrawal amount is $20, with the maximum being $10,000.

SlotJoint process withdrawals quickly, and as they’re sending most of them through EWallets you shouldn’t end up waiting long to see the funds land in your account.

Safety and Security

securityHover over the “padlock” icon on your internet browser’s navigation menu and, like me, you’ll see that SlotJoint’s website is safe and secure. Their SSL certificate is completely up-to-date, ensuring your personal and sensitive information is protected.

Pretty much the only major downside to playing at SlotJoint that I could find was their weak license. Their online gambling license is issued by the Government of Curacao, who, in turn, allow four “master license” holders to give out sub-licenses. This complex structure has led to many complaints about Curacao not taking complaints seriously enough – and they haven’t proven themselves to be a particularly reputable regulator.

That being said, SlotJoint themselves are very trustworthy – they’ve won a number of awards and are supported by some of the biggest gambling communities on the planet. Rest assured that if you choose to play at SlotJoint you’ll experience a safe, hassle-free and secure gaming environment.

Customer Service/Support

supportOne of the things I’m really picky about at online casinos today is customer support. I find there’s nothing worse than finding a great-looking new casino, joining up – only to run into a problem and find that you’re struggling to actually get in touch with a member of the customer support team.

I was really pleased to find SlotJoint taking a player-first approach to business, and their customer support team makes themselves available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This allows you to get the help and support you need at any time of day (or night) and means you’re not left waiting around to receive a response.

In my opinion, the easiest way (by far) to contact the casino’s customer support team is to use the live chat facility. This will connect you with an operator in just a couple of seconds and allows you to chat in real time about any problem you’re experiencing. If you prefer, you can also contact SlotJoint’s customer support team through phone. They also offer email support, though I found that it can take a while to receive a response.

Allowed Countries

SlotJoint allows players from all corners of the world. In fact, there are relatively few countries they don’t accept. At the time of writing, these include: Curacao, France, Netherlands, Philippines, United Kingdom and the United States of America.

SlotJoint offers a few different currency options, and these include: EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, and GBP. Please be aware that while they allow you to play in British Pounds, players from the UK aren’t actually able to sign-up and join.
