SpinFinity Casino Review
Since launching in early 2020, SpinFinity Casino have really made their mark on the online gambling industry. They set out with the aim of becoming the gold standard in online casino gaming, by always putting their players first.
But is that still the case in 2021, and do they live up to the hype? In today’s SpinFinity review, we’re going to find out.
Our Rating: (3.9 / 5)
SpinFinity is a legit online casino that accepts US and Canadian players, and is clearly focused towards the North American market.
This review will examine all aspects of the casino including the choice of games, banking options and customer support. But let’s start with the very generous welcome bonus, available to all new players.
As I mentioned earlier, their focus is on providing a first class customer experience where players come first. Overall, I genuinely think they’ve achieved that. There are plenty of features that make SpinFinity stand out from the crowd.
- Excellent Bonuses and Promotions
- Lightning Fast, Friendly Customer Service
- Unique Style and Layout
- Responsive Mobile Casino Games
If you’re a US or Canadian player looking for something special in terms of bonuses and customer service, then you should definitely take a closer look at what SpinFinity has to offer.
Website / App Design & Ease Of Use
There is no downloadable Spinfinity app for either Android or iOS. However, as with many modern mobile casino sites, it’s not really needed. The developers have clearly put all their efforts into designing a fast responsive mobile site instead.
They’ve done a very good job.
The navigation is as good as any mobile casino I’ve seen in 2021. It’s an absolute breeze to navigate around the site and find any game you want. The speed is good on all iPhone and Android devices.
The games themselves are designed by RTG to be mobile friendly, so they work just as well on the small screen as they do on desktop. You don’t sacrifice anything in terms of gameplay. My only tip would be to play in landscape mode for best results.
Software Used: Real Time Gaming (RTG)
Spinfinity casino uses RTG software, which is the same provider that many other US friendly offshore casino sites use.
The only difference is that Spinfinity are using a “custom skin” which basically means they have modified the design slightly to fit better with the overall look and feel of their site. So it’s basically the same games, but with a unique look and feel.
Choice of Games
Spinfinity offers the full range or RTG video slots. This includes some of their more popular recent releases such as Diamond Fiesta, Magic Mushroom and Fire Dragon. I’m a big fan of RTG slots personally, I think they’re some of the best slot machines around at the moment. So I consider this to be a good selection.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, considering that the game is so popular with US players, Video Poker players are well catered for, with a selection of VP titles available. These are categorized by 1, 3, 10 and 52 Hand game versions.
Disappointingly though, the selection of roulette games is very weak, with only two options available. If you’re a roulette player then you’d need to check out the best roulette sites instead.
Also there are no live dealer games available at the moment, although I’m told these may be added in future.
Banking – Deposit/Withdrawal Options
Supported Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, Bitcoin, and Credit Card (Not UK)
The choice of banking options at Spinfinity are limited, but that’s kind of par for the course at US friendly offshore sites. The support for Bitcoin is what saves the day here, and if you use Bitcoin you will enjoy instant deposits and the fastest withdrawal times.
There are deposit and withdrawal limits in place that you should be aware of:
- Minimum Deposit $35.00
- Minimum Withdrawal $200
- Maximum Withdrawal $4,000 per week
You can choose to play in USD or CAD.
Safety and Security
According to their website, which has a dedicated security section, this is something that SpinFinity casino takes very seriously. They employ 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, with a valid certificate. They state that their server is protected by the latest firewall. So your data is as safe as it can be anywhere online.
SpinFinity operates under a Curacao license (which allows them to accept players from the USA) and they are very transparent about their ownership. Their website provides full contact details, including a physical address and company registration number, which is not something you find all online casinos doing.
It is also very reassuring to note that they are voluntarily signed up to the CDS (Central Dispute System) which can help mediate and resolve any complaints you might have about the casino.
Overall, the safety and security is as good or better as you are going to find at any offshore casino site. You should definitely feel confident playing here.
Customer support is another area which SpinFinity Casino seems to have taken very seriously. They make a big deal of it on their website, and their operators are called Casino Hosts rather than support staff.
This definitely implies that they are trained to a higher standard than your average helpdesk staff, which can only be a good thing!
My experience with them was positive, I asked about the bonus turnover requirements and got a fast and friendly response. It was a cut above the average. Some casinos have really bad support staff, so it’s nice to speak with a real human being who speaks my language and seems to actually care about answering the question.
You can contact your Casino Hosts by e-mail or use live chat for an instant response. They are available 24/7/365.
Accepts Players From: CAN, IND, NZL, USA, and ZAF (plus many more).
So as we established already, SpinFinity accepts US and Canadian players and seems to concentrate mostly on the North American market. However, it’s nice to see India, South Africa and New Zealand is also catered for, as long as you don’t mind playing in USD.
This does mean there’s a fairly lengthy list of countries they do not accept, which includes (but is not limited to) the following:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Costa Rica, Curacao, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Isle Of Man, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Martinique, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Reunion, Romania, Russian Federation, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia and Vietnam.
Overall I was impressed by SpinFinity Casino. They’re a new(ish) name on the market, but they’ve clearly set out to do things the right way, and that has to be applauded.
If you’re looking for a new online casino that offers something extra in terms of player experience and top quality customer service, then I would definitely recommend checking out SpinFinity.
Of course, SpinFinity isn’t for everyone (quiet literally, since there are plenty of restricted territories) and it does have its drawbacks.
The limited range of deposit and withdrawal methods might be an issue for some people, and the lack of roulette options and no live dealer games might be a problem for others. If either of these is a “must have” for you then you would need to look elsewhere.
But all things considered, this is a legit, transparent and trustworthy online casino which wants to put players first. I’d like to see more brands do exactly that.
So well done SpinFinity, keep up the good work!
