Winner Casino Review

If you’re looking for the worst, most dishonest online casino around in 2023 then look no further. May I present Winner Casino.

Our Rating: 0.1 out of 5 stars (0.1 / 5)

I was actually pleased to be asked to write this Winner Casino review, because it gives me the opportunity to award them the lowest rating possible. Even then I feel I’m being too generous.

Key Features

Look around all the different casino review sites and player forums online, and you’ll find one word being used time and time again – scam.

Now for the avoidance of doubt, I am NOT saying that Winner is a scam, because by definition it means they are setting out to be deliberately fraudulent and swindle people out of their money.

What I am saying for a fact is that I personally have been cheated out of money by Winner, and the feeling I get from the online gambling community is that I am far from the only one.

Disclaimer: In the interests of fairness, I should point out that Winner owe me money, and have consistently lied to me and refused to pay. This will (obviously) affect the personal opinions I express in this review. But on the other hand, if they won’t even treat a reviewer fairly, what chance has everyone else got….

So, read into all that what you will.

The other key features is that this is a betting site which no longer holds a UKGC license, but still has one from the MGA. They have a reputation for poor service, lying to or ignoring customers, and they seem to have a real aversion to paying out.

Website / App Design & Ease Of Use

The design of the Winner Casino website is awful. The display is basic and dated, with a background that looks like it came from an early 2000s HTML editor.

But the comedy really starts when you load it on a mobile device. It seems like the designers have either not heard of, or chosen to ignore, the “mobile first” rule of website design. So instead, all the items on the page squash together or just display on top of each other, so you can’t see anything at all.

Software

They use software from Playtech and NetEnt. But then so do plenty of good online casinos, so you certainly don’t have to come to Winner to play games from these providers.

Choice of Games

slots

They seem to have 100 or so slots, a random scattering of table games, and a couple of live dealer options.

It’s a solid if unspectacular selection, but it’s not something I’d particularly want to criticise. However there’s nothing special here that would make it worth joining them, and nothing you can’t get elsewhere.

Banking – Deposit/Withdrawal Options

Deposits & Withdrawals

There are a wide range of deposit options. They make it easy for you to send them your money.

Your problems might start if (in the unlikely event you win) you try to get some money back from them.

KYC is normal and I have no objections to sending my ID documents into a reputable business, providing they use and look after my data properly. But the problem many people are finding is that when they send in valid, legible copies of their ID, Winner don’t want to accept them.

You’ll then begin a cycle of chasing their support and either never getting a reply, getting one that contradicts previous replies, being lied to or being ignored altogether.

All the time, they keep the money and all you get is stress and hassle.

Safety and Security

security

Winner Casino is licensed by the MGA. However, I heard a rumour that some players were planning a mass series of complaints to the regulator to try and get them investigated. Whether this happens or is just forum talk remains to be seen.

They also have a valid SSL certificate. So you can send them your money in a secure environment.

I just wish they’d use it to pay out now and again.

Customer Service/Support

support

The customer support at Winner is the worst I have ever experienced in all my years in the online gambling industry.

If you enjoy being ignored, fobbed off and lied to, then these are the guys for you.

What they almost certainly won’t do is help, especially if you’re looking to make a withdrawal.

Allowed Countries

Great news if you live in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Spain, Italy or Sweden – you can’t register at Winner Casino. So you’re one of the lucky ones.

If you live anywhere else, you’ll just have to stay away by choice, not necessity.

Summary

Winner Casino is an absolutely dreadful brand. I’m amazed that anyone can provide a service this bad and still stay in business.

Personally, I hope this is not for long, and if this review helps you or anyone you know avoid them, then I’ll feel I’ve done my bit to help clean up at least a small part of the industry.

So just in case you’re still wondering, NO – I wouldn’t recommend them.
