Slots Empire Casino Review

In this Slots Empire casino review, I’ll tell you all about the features that make this site stand out, the pros and cons of playing here, and why I’m happy to be recommending them.
If you’re keen to get started already, the first thing I need to tell you about is the welcome bonus. It’s presented by the (aptly named) Centurion Cashius Maximus, and it’s a great way to boost your bankroll before you get started playing their mobile games.
Slots Empire Welcome Bonus
250% Slots Bonus
T&C: No Deposit Bonus is valid once for new customers only and has a maximum cashout x 30 the bonus amount. The Wagering Requirements are x35 the bonus amount. The games included: Slots, Real-Series Video Slots, Keno, Scratch Cards, Board games.
Key Features
I’ve mentioned the Roman Centurion theme already, and this is really the main thing that makes Slots Empire stand out from the crowd. Unlike some “themed” online casinos, this has been really well thought out and implemented.
Having never lived in Roman times myself, I can’t say whether it’s authentic or not, but I can say that it works well and makes the site a joy to use.
I had an absolute blast playing at Slots Empire. The theme is really well done, and consistent throughout the site. Everything is slick, well presented and most importantly – fun!
In terms of the actual features, as the name suggests they focus mainly on slots. This worked for me as I play a lot of them. There’s more to the site than just slot games though. They also offer quite a good selection of table games, video poker titles, and live dealer games as well.
Another main strength was the support, which was as good as I’ve ever found at an online casino.
The only major drawback for me was that the live dealer table games aren’t available on mobile (yet – I understand they are working on this) but everything else was, and overall it was a nice package.
Website / App Design & Ease Of Use
The layout is spacious and uncluttered, the buttons are big and the navigation is intuitive and easy to follow. All of this means that it’s a breeze to move around the site and find the games or functions that you want.
The performance was also very good. As always we tested the site on a variety of different handsets, some new and some old. There didn’t seem to be any noticeable lag even on a 5-year-old Android. So most of you are going to agree that it runs very fast indeed.
There is no app to download, everything runs directly through the Slots Empire mobile website. They do have downloadable software for desktop, but I didn’t bother with that as I had everything I needed through my mobile device.
Software
Slots Empire uses RTG (Real Time Gaming) software. This gives you access to some really cool slot games such as Diamond Fiesta, Dr. Winmore, and Ancient Gods. I hit a few nice wins while playing Diamond Fiesta, so that’s one I would definitely recommend trying.
All of the games are available in free-play mode as well. So you can run a demo of the games and see if you like them before playing with real money. This works on all games except the live dealer casino, which is real money only.
Choice of Games
Although mobile slots are the main focus, there are a lot of other options to keep you interested. I found 21 table games, 16 Video Poker options, and a few specialties including Keno and Baccarat.
If you get bored here then you have a very, very short attention span and should seek professional help.
Banking – Deposit/Withdrawal Options
Supported Payment Methods: Bitcoin, Credit Card (Not UK/Ireland), and Debit Card
Probably the only grumble I had about Slots Empire was the limited payment options. The major plus point is that they accept Bitcoin for deposits and withdrawals, which I know is going to be great news for some people.
However, the downside is that they don’t take e-wallets, so PayPal, Skrill, and Neteller are not available. Shame, but you can’t have everything.
Safety and Security
I’m happy to play at Curacao-licensed casinos as long as everything about them looks OK, and in this case, the company does seem to be very reputable.
I scoured all the usual player forums and groups and couldn’t find any complaints, in fact barely anyone had a bad word to say about them.
In terms of security, the website has an up-to-date SSL certificate and secure banking facility, so I have no concerns about depositing my money there.
Customer Service/Support
Firstly, they have an easy-to-find, comprehensive FAQ section. It’s well laid out and provides pretty much all the info you’d ever need, instantly. Many other online casinos could take a lesson from this!
With that in mind, I had to think hard to find an excuse to contact support. I settled on my usual stance, pretending to be a new player who didn’t understand what to do, to see how they handled it.
I was taken aback by just how friendly and helpful the support operator was. Phone and e-mail support is offered, but I chose live chat. I was given a really personal service, and I felt the rep went the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable, and to make sure all my questions were answered fully.
Compare this to some other support teams who frankly don’t want to know, and it was a very refreshing change. Top marks for the service here.
Allowed Countries
Accepts Players From: AUS, CAN, GBR, IRL, NZL, USA, and ZAF (plus many more).
There are relatively few restricted countries. The Casino does not accept the residents of Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Costa Rica, Curacao, Estonia, Hungary, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Turkey, Ukraine.
Summary
I had a lot of fun doing this Slots Empire Casino review, in fact, it barely counts as work. The site was an absolute joy to use on my Android, the range of games was excellent and the performance was first-rate. The fact that I won some money helps too!
Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this mobile casino. They offer a really good experience and definitely seem to be one of the good guys. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did.
