CasinoLuck Review

CasinoLuck is a well-established online and mobile casino. Despite being formed back in 1999, they seem to have gone under the radar a bit. I can’t figure out why they aren’t better known, because what I’ve seen from them so far has been really good.

Our Rating: 4.3 out of 5 stars (4.3 / 5)

In this CasinoLuck review, I’ll share my experiences from playing their games over the last 6 months. You’ll also find out how the mobile site performed on our tests.

But if you’re keen to get started quickly, take a look at the CasinoLuck welcome offer. It’s available today if you want to open a new account.

Key Features

The main advantages of CasinoLuck are the range of games, the VIP program, and existing player promotions. Some of the games are unique to CasinoLuck, and others are customized versions, so in both cases, they offer games that you won’t find anywhere else.

There are a few cons as well of course – nobody’s perfect. I found that the time they advertise for withdrawals is longer than average, but it’s not as bad as it seems. More on that later. Also, there is no app available, although the instant play mobile website does render really well on Android and iOS.

Overall I had a positive experience here. There were no big wins, sadly I didn’t hit any progressive jackpots. But I did get regular smaller wins and I enjoyed the sheer number of games I had to choose from.

Website / App Design & Ease Of Use

CasinoLuck mobile site So as I mentioned, there is currently no CasinoLuck app, so there is nothing to download. You can access all the games on instant play via their HTML5 responsive website.

Visually, the site is very good. It sizes perfectly to the small screen and looks very attractive on any mobile device.

In our tests, users of all experience levels found the site to be very easy to use. So you’ll have no problem navigating your way around and finding the games you want.

One drawback was that in our tests, occasionally the site was slow to load. We suspect this was a network issue on the server end rather than a design fault, so it’s likely to have only been a temporary problem. However, we still need to mention it just in case anyone else has the same issue.

Otherwise, we had no complaints about the site and enjoyed using it.

Software

CasinoLuck uses a range of software providers, including Microgaming, NetEnt, IGT (WagerWorks), Betsoft, iSoftBet, Play’n GO, SG Gaming, Evolution Gaming, and more.

This gives you access to that wide range of games that I mentioned earlier.

Choice of Games

slots logo The number and variety of games available at CasinoLuck is one of their main strengths. The use of NetEnt and Microgaming software means you’ll have access to all the latest video slot titles.

Some of my personal favorites that I played here include Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, Eye of Horus, and the Goonies slot. That’s just me though, and if you prefer other titles then chances are they’ll be there too. There really are that many to choose from.

In terms of table games, I think there were something like 30 different types of Blackjack available, including single deck Blackjack which gives the best RTP. There were also quite a few roulette options, Baccarat, and video poker.

It’s also worth pointing out that you start earning VIP points from the moment you start playing at CasinoLuck. There are 7 levels to this program, and if you manage to get all the way up to Prestige VIP then you’ll receive some pretty amazing offers.

Banking – Deposit/Withdrawal Options

Deposits & Withdrawals I was very pleased to see so many deposit and withdrawal methods supported at CasinoLuck. These include all e-wallets which I personally prefer.

Supported Payment Methods Include: Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Not UK/Ireland), Debit Card, Neteller, PayPal, and Skrill

One slight moan is that the withdrawal times advertised on the website are quite slow. However, in reality, I found that my withdrawals were processed much faster than they said they would be.

I guess this is a case of underpromising and over delivering, which is certainly better than the other way round.

Safety and Security

security CasinoLuck holds a UKGC license for players in the UK, with an unblemished record – no sanctions or other actions recorded. Services to customers from other countries are covered by a separate license from the MGA.

The company holds a valid and up-to-date SSL certificate, meaning that all transactions take place in a safe and secure environment.

All the NetEnt games here are tested and certified for fairness by the independent group Technical Systems Testing, which is now known as Gaming Labs. That gives me confidence that the games are fair and not rigged, and for me, that is an additional trust factor.

I don’t have any concerns about the security, fairness, or behavior of CasinoLuck or its operator.

Customer Service/Support

support CasinoLuck offers customer support via telephone, e-mail, or live chat.

I initially had a few problems getting the live chat working, and later discovered that it isn’t available 24/7. This is a bit disappointing, so I marked down their rating a little because of this.

However, when I eventually got connected, the support operator was friendly and helpful. So if you can be patient and your issue isn’t so urgent that it needs an instant response, there’s a good chance of getting the help you need.

Allowed Countries

Accepts Players From: CAN, GBR, IRL, NZL, and ZAF

This is just a selection of the main countries which are accepted. There are quite a few others, so it’s worth checking the website just to confirm the full list.

If you are resident in one of the accepted countries then CasinoLuck is a very decent mobile casino and it’s well worth checking out.
