Key Features
The main advantages of CasinoLuck are the range of games, the VIP program, and existing player promotions. Some of the games are unique to CasinoLuck, and others are customized versions, so in both cases, they offer games that you won’t find anywhere else.
There are a few cons as well of course – nobody’s perfect. I found that the time they advertise for withdrawals is longer than average, but it’s not as bad as it seems. More on that later. Also, there is no app available, although the instant play mobile website does render really well on Android and iOS.
Overall I had a positive experience here. There were no big wins, sadly I didn’t hit any progressive jackpots. But I did get regular smaller wins and I enjoyed the sheer number of games I had to choose from.
Website / App Design & Ease Of Use
Visually, the site is very good. It sizes perfectly to the small screen and looks very attractive on any mobile device.
In our tests, users of all experience levels found the site to be very easy to use. So you’ll have no problem navigating your way around and finding the games you want.
One drawback was that in our tests, occasionally the site was slow to load. We suspect this was a network issue on the server end rather than a design fault, so it’s likely to have only been a temporary problem. However, we still need to mention it just in case anyone else has the same issue.
Otherwise, we had no complaints about the site and enjoyed using it.

Choice of Games
Some of my personal favorites that I played here include Book of Dead, Gonzo’s Quest, Eye of Horus, and the Goonies slot. That’s just me though, and if you prefer other titles then chances are they’ll be there too. There really are that many to choose from.
In terms of table games, I think there were something like 30 different types of Blackjack available, including single deck Blackjack which gives the best RTP. There were also quite a few roulette options, Baccarat, and video poker.

One slight moan is that the withdrawal times advertised on the website are quite slow. However, in reality, I found that my withdrawals were processed much faster than they said they would be.
I guess this is a case of underpromising and over delivering, which is certainly better than the other way round.
Safety and Security
The company holds a valid and up-to-date SSL certificate, meaning that all transactions take place in a safe and secure environment.
All the NetEnt games here are tested and certified for fairness by the independent group Technical Systems Testing, which is now known as Gaming Labs. That gives me confidence that the games are fair and not rigged, and for me, that is an additional trust factor.
I don’t have any concerns about the security, fairness, or behavior of CasinoLuck or its operator.
Customer Service/Support
I initially had a few problems getting the live chat working, and later discovered that it isn’t available 24/7. This is a bit disappointing, so I marked down their rating a little because of this.
However, when I eventually got connected, the support operator was friendly and helpful. So if you can be patient and your issue isn’t so urgent that it needs an instant response, there’s a good chance of getting the help you need.
