STSbet App Review
They claim that you can place a bet secure in the knowledge that you’re betting at a safe, reputable and reliable brand. But are they doing enough to be a viable option for UK punters? The answer is no – not yet at least.
Our Rating:
In this STSbet review, I’m going to be giving you an in-depth, impartial and detailed look at what the company has to offer.
I’ll be covering everything from the betting odds available at STSbet sportsbook in 2023, to steps on how to create an account. I’ll even be covering the various betting markets, both UK and international, so you have a full idea of what to expect if you do decide to join, and how to go about placing bets, whether they be pre match or live bets.

Key Features
This is actually quite a coup for a smaller site. But I’d rather see them invest their money in expanding their selection of sports, deposit methods and improving the bonus options for both new and existing customers.
Pros And Cons
- Decent Selection of Markets to bet on
- Sportsbook and Casino in one account
- In-play betting, Virtuals, Esports and more sports…
- Weekly Bonuses
- Does not offer horse racing betting at all.
- Very weak welcome bonus (only 50% is very poor for the UK market)
- Annoying and excessive KYC process. They insist on far more documents than necessary!
- No live streaming.
One of the first things I noticed when I started to put this STSbet sportsbook review together was that the sportsbook offer a good selection of betting markets – and these spread across a variety of different bet-options, ensuring there’s something for almost everyone.
But there is one large elephant in the room – no horse racing! I’ll cover more on the actual sports betting markets available later on in this review.
I should also point out that STSbet accepts players from all corners of the globe – and you’ll find yourself able to set up an account and begin betting in minutes, regardless of whether you’re accessing the site from the UK or from one of the many other countries they accept players in.
STS Bet is a new betting site that still has work to do before they are worth joining. They have potential but right now there are a few areas that are lacking before they can be recommended.
Talking of creating an account; like I’ve seen with many leading bookmakers in today’s online gambling industry, STSbet have made it as easy and straightforward as possible, and you can get your account funded – with the amount you want to deposit and bet with – in a matter of minutes.
There’s also a customer support portal on offer, and unlike some bookies, you won’t need to worry about waiting 3 working days to receive an email response from the bookmaker. That’s because they have a dedicated customer support team working round-the-clock, giving you 24/7 support, should you require it. Again, as I mentioned earlier, this STSbet UK review is going to be pretty in-depth, so I’m actually going to dedicate an entire section to looking at the customer support facilities available later on within this review.
I also want to quickly point out that STSbet offers a really cool stats section area. Here, you’ll find yourself able to view a wide variety of sports betting stats – from markets including football, tennis, basketball and vollyeball, to in play betting – and it gives you a pretty cool overview of “what’s what”, and what you can expect when placing bets.
STS Bet Website / App Design
Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a mobile app available at STSbet – and while, in 2023, this means the bookie does fall a little short when compared against some of the other big names in the industry – it doesn’t mean the site should be ruled out for those looking to place bets from their mobile devices. Hear me out here; most bookies have pretty poor mobile-optimised sites. When I’m taking about a mobile-optimised site, I’m taking about the website that you see if you access it from your mobile’s internet browser.
However, STSbet are a little different in this regard. Unlike many of their competitors, they’ve actually put a significant amount of time, effort and energy into developing their mobile-optimised website, and you’ll find yourself able to access virtually all of the same features and benefits as the regular desktop site. You also share one account too, so accessing all the sports and markets is easy – you use the same account for desktop betting as you do for mobile betting.
The site works on all iOS and Android devices.
While you won’t find any mobile-specific STSbet promotion offers available, they do offer a range of new-player promotion deals – along with promotion offers for existing customers – and you can view all of these and learn more about them from the “Promotion” tab which is found on the top-most navigation menu on STSbet’s website.
STS Bet Markets, Odds & Betting Options
STS – or STSbet – I personally like to call them by their full name, but you’ll find many punters simply choosing to call them STS – offer a tailored selection of betting markets, and STS bet really have gone all out to ensure that punters can choose a wide variety of sports to place bets on.
To be fair – I will say that STS doesn’t offer as many markets as some of the larger sites – and if, for example, you were putting STS Bet up against industry giants like William Hill or Bet365 they might fall a little short when it comes to the actual market offering . But this, I feel, is actually made up for by the fantastic odds the company guarantees, and the odds available at STS are, usually, significantly better than those found at other leading bookmaker websites.
Whether you’re looking to place a single bet or an accumulator bet, you’ll find it all at STSbet, and they’ve worked hard to ensure they cover as many sports as possible. Some of the main sports markets they offer includes the likes of Football, Handball, Baseball, Basketball, Boxing, Cycling, Darts, Golf, Hockey, Motor Sports, Snooker, Soccer, Tennis and UFC. Two notable absences are horse racing and greyhounds, which aren’t currently offered (although they do have horse racing and greyhound racing in the virtual betting section).
What’s more, STS Bet also like to offer “specials”, which can be found – fittingly – under the “specials” tab on the main sports navigation bar. Under the specials tab, you’ll find a large number of unique and (often) one-off markets, including political and TV show markets. For example, they offered a massive number of market offerings on the 2020 US. General Election, and they also offer elections from other countries and jurisdictions from around the world.
As well as the pre-match betting markets, STS Bet offers a cracking selection of live betting for you to choose from. In fact, STSbet claim to offer over 30,000 different live events each month – many of which offer some of the best betting odds around – so you shouldn’t find it hard to both find a market you actually want to bet on, and find great betting odds.
Plus, it doesn’t matter whether you’re from the UK or one of the many other countries the site accepts punters from, as there are great offers available to all punters, where applicable. The in-play betting part of STSbet is updated every few seconds, so you can rest assured that you’re always seeing live and up-to-date prices and odds.
To finish up and conclude on the sports and markets offered at STS Bet; while they’re not the most diverse in the world (it is possible to find more markets at other sites), STS do offer some of the best odds around – and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a bookmaker that offers a better selection of bet prices, regardless of the type of bet you’re looking to place. What’s more, many of the first deposit bonus offers can be used on the live and pre-match sports betting options, so you can use one of the many STS Bet bonus options available from the moment you join.
STS Casino
Again, you can view all of the bonus details from under the “Promotions” tab, although I should point out that the STS Bet UK bonus offers are different to those offered to players in other parts of the world due to regulatory changes.
Along with the regular casino, there’s also a live dealer casino available at STSbet. This is yet another nice feature, and compliments their sports betting portal of their site perfectly, as it allows you to place bets on a variety of live dealer games, including Roulette, Blackjack, 3-Card Poker and Baccarat. The minimum bet amount in the live casino is great, and many of their games offer great odds, so again, it’s another major “plus point” for the bookmaker here. STSbet continue to excel, and it’s no surprise – to me, anyway – that STS have so many regular and loyal customers.
Customer Support
Whether you have questions about your latest accumulator bet, or simply want to learn more about STSbet co uk, you’ll find that the support team are more than happy to help out new and existing customers, and the easiest way to get in touch is through the site’s live chat portal.
The live chat support portal connects you with a member of the STS Bet support team instantly, and the chat feature works in real-time, so you’ll be taking with one of the support experts in a matter of seconds. This is a major bonus in my opinion, as some bookies are still choosing to offer just email and phone support; something that, in my opinion, just isn’t good enough in today’s fast-paced and ultra-competitive online gambling market.
Banking – Deposit/Withdrawal Options
Supported Payment Methods: Credit Card (Not UK/Ireland), Debit Card, Neteller, PayPal, and Skrill
STS Bet do not disappoint in this respect, and regardless of whether you choose to bet at STSbet co uk or one of their many international sites, you’ll find yourself inundated with payment options to choose from. Remember, if you’re unsure as to whether a particular banking option is available to you, you can simply head onto the live chat facility and ask a member of the bookie’s support team.
In order to place a bet, you’ll need to make a deposit (unless you manage to get your hands on a rare no-deposit bonus bet), and I was really happy to find that STS don’t charge any fees in order to make deposits. They accept a wide selection of payment options, including Neteller, Skrill, EcoPayz, and they accept all major credit and debit cards, which includes VISA, VISA Debit and MasterCard.
I do need to point out that UK-based players will find themselves unable to use credit card selections to make deposits or withdrawals. This is due to UKGC regulations, and is outside of the bookmaker’s control.
All deposit options at STSbet are instant – ensuring you can quick access to your funds so that you can begin to place a bet instantly. You can view all of the deposit options currently available to you within the “My Account” section, and the different banking selections will then be shown to you. The minimum deposit amount at STS is relatively low too, with EWallets requiring you to deposit just £5! Credit and debit cards have a deposit limit of £10.
When it comes to withdrawals, again, there are no fees attached – and this is refreshing to see, as I have started to see some bookmaker sites charging punters to simply withdraw their own money. I personally hate this, and I’m pleased to see that STSbet have chosen not to take this predatory route.
Again you can view all of the withdrawal selections from within your banking section, and the minimum withdrawal limits are the same as the deposit limits. EWallet withdrawals – including those made via Neteller, Skrill and EcoPayz – are generally processed within 24 hours, while credit and debit cards can take up to 72 hours to process.
Safety and Security
Live betting is incredibly secure – and while live streaming may not appear to be a major factor when it comes to safety and security, some bookies have been known to offer slow refresh rates when it comes to odds, displaying out-of-date prices to customers which is really annoying when you’re trying to place live sports bets.
Thankfully, the UK Gambling Commission fully-regulate all parts of STS Bet, so you don’t need to worry about any of this; in short, if you choose to place sports bets at STS, you’re going to be able to bet, safe in the knowledge you’re getting the best odds, the best bet options and the safest and most secure selection of payment methods on the market.
Conclusion
Yes you can place football, Esports or basketball, but what sort of sportsbook doesn’t have horse racing?
I’m also not especially keen on their bonus offer (including new-customer bonus offers, existing customer bonus offers). I accept that STS Bet do their absolute best to keep all their players happy, and it’s early days. I will revisit them and update this review if they improve in the future. but for now I won’t continue betting here.
I still can’t recommend STS myself – yet. They’re a reasonable bookmaker, but I would consider other alternatives if you’re looking for a new bookmaker to bet at. You can get a better welcome bonus at bet365 – and begin placing sports bets (inclusing horse racing) – or playing casino games – right away!
