As always, when researching this review of MyBookie, I made a thorough check for any player complaints or any other issues. Yes, MyBookie does have a handful of complaints online, but show me a bookie that doesn’t! On both desktop and mobile, the MyBookie mobile betting platform is very well designed. After a recent software upgrade, the site now runs incredibly fast even on older smartphones, making it ideal for live betting. In my opinion, live chat is the best way to contact MyBookie. I tested this and was connected in less than 30 seconds. I didn’t actually have any real issues, I was just testing them for the purposes of my sportsbook review, but they weren’t to know that.
It was a good experience. The customer service staff appeared friendly and knowledgeable, so if you ever had a real issue I’m confident they’d be able to resolve it quickly and professionally.
As an alternative, MyBookie also has a comprehensive help and FAQ section on their site. This is way better than you find at some other online sportsbooks. They seem to have covered most of the questions I’d ever think to ask, and the answers are detailed but explained simply. It’s obvious that MyBookie has worked hard to build an online sports betting site that really delivers a quality product. That’s reflected in their popularity with bettors, and I’d expect them to be around for the long haul.
Obviously, no online sportsbook is perfect. A couple of minor grumbles are the very high 10x rollover requirements on the initial deposit bonus, the absence of e-wallets as a payment method, and the fact that although they are US-friendly, UK & Irish players are excluded. But other than that, there’s very little about MyBookie that could be improved.
On the flip side, there’s so much to like at MyBookie. The choice of live betting events is huge, the odds are generally very loose, and there are some decent year-round bonuses. Plus, they accept Bitcoin, and above all, it’s a safe and secure place to bet. So you can deposit your money in confidence and know that they’ll always pay out if you win.
